In order to make sure that your personal information is secure we use Paypal™ to process all credit card transactions on our behalf. Upon clicking the buy it now button you will be taken to Paypal's website to complete the sale. If you would prefer to pay via cheque this can be arranged, just use the contact us page above and let us know.
Postage
All of our books are dispatched in secure sturdy packaging by second class post for which we obtain proof of postage. For the more expensive books you may prefer insured postage which we can quote for individually, again just use the contact us page. Postage rates are displayed individually.
Returns Policy
You may return your order within seven working days from the date of delivery. You must return the unwanted book(s) to us in their original packaging and in their original condition at your own risk. Customers are requested to pay for return postage unless, for example, the book was mis-described in any way.
Provided you return the book(s) in the original packaging and condition we will credit your payment card via paypal with the original cost of the order, minus the postage and packaging (unless this is deemed by us to be our fault). If you originally paid by cheque we will issue you a cheque in return. This will be done within 14 days of us receiving the book.
